After the death of my Ihor Jean, my  Soul Mate, friends and family have asked me how I continue to live my life in such a positive, loving, and appreciative manner.  I have found that the smallest, most common occurrences in life, that we often take for granted, are exactly those moments that bring us closer to being Joyful, if we stop and appreciate!

Even the contrast and difficulties are important, as they make us Grow and move closer to the JOY that we really crave.
