- Creamy Peanut Butter - 12 oz
- confectioners sugar - 1 pound
- butter - one stick
- Chocolate Chips - 6 oz
- vanilla - one teaspoon
- shortening - 2 Tablespoons
- salt - pinch
1. Cream together peanut butter, sugar, vanilla and butter.. Shape into small balls. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
2. Melt chocolate chips and shortening over hot water. Dip balls in chocolate mixture using toothpicks. Place on waxed paper until hardened. Refrigerate.
